Salad Station with Two Dressings (Ranch and Italian), Crispy Red Hot Seasoned Fried Chicken, BBQ Brisket with Smoky BBQ Sauce served with Mashed Potatoes, Baked Green Bean Casserole and White Pan Gravy.  For Dessert, Peach Cobbler with Whipped Cream.
 
Wednesday May 10th 2017
Salad Station with Two Dressings (Ranch and Italian), Cheesy Baked Chicken Spaghetti with a White Wine Tomato Sauce and Melted Mozzarella Cheese, Roasted Flank Steak stuffed with Ricotta Cheese and Sundried Tomatoes and Topped with Creamy Pesto Sauce.  Served with Cheese stuffed Pasta with Alfredo Sauce and Sautéed Vegetables with Italian Seasonings.  For Dessert, Lemon Meringue Pie with Lemon Sauce and a Sugared Lemon Wedge.

Salad Station with Two Dressings (Ranch and Italian), Stuffed Pork Loin with Spinach, Sundried Tomatoes and Mozzarella Cheese topped with White Wine Tomato Sauce and Chopped Basil. Chicken Monterrey with Julienne Bell Peppers, Onions and Creamy Alfredo Sauce with Melted Mozzarella Cheese. Served with Sautéed Mixed Vegetables and Roasted New Potatoes with Italian Seasonings.  For Dessert, Creamy Bread Pudding with Bourbon Brown Sugar Sauce and Whipped Cream.

Salad Station with Two Dressings (Ranch and Italian), Tortilla Crusted Tilapia with Cilantro Cream Sauce and King Ranch Casserole with Melted Mozzarella Cheese and Enchilada Sauce served with Spanish Rice and Charro Beans (Pinto Beans stewed with Pico and Cumin Seasonings).  For Dessert, Flan with Whipped Cream and Fresh Fruit Garnish.
