Wednesday April 5th 2017
Salad Station with Two Dressings (Ranch and Italian), Chicken Cordon Bleu topped with a Creamy Alfredo Sauce, Stuffed Flank Steak with Melted Mozzarella Cheese and Pesto topped with a Balsamic Reduction Sauce.  Served with Roasted Rosemary Potatoes with Bacon Bits and Sautéed Green Beans with Red Onions and Cherry Tomatoes.  For Dessert, Mini Trifle with Whipped Cream and Raspberry Sauce toppings.
 

Wednesday April 12th 2017
Salad Station with Two Dressings (Ranch and Italian), Roasted Salmon topped with Basil, Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, Spinach and a Creamy Basil Lemon Butter Sauce, Blackened Pork Loin topped with Fried Onions, Sautéed Bell Peppers and a Creamy Red Pepper Alfredo Sauce.  Served with Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes and Steamed Broccoli with sautéed raisins, red onions and topped with salt and pepper to taste.  For Dessert, Strawberry Upside down Cake garnished with Whipped Cream and Fresh Fruit.

Salad Station with Two Dressings (Ranch and Italian), Roasted Airline Chicken with Sautéed Mushrooms and Onions with a Marsala Wine Butter Sauce, Stuffed White Fish with Sautéed Spinach and Sundried Tomatoes with a Mango Reduction Sauce.  Served with Roasted Mixed Potatoes in a Herb Seasoning and Mixed Italian Vegetables.  For Dessert, Tiramisu with Whipped Cream and a Fresh Fruit Garnish.

Salad Station with Two Dressings (Ranch and Italian), Chicken Willow (Grilled Chicken Breast topped with Sundried Tomatoes, Goat Cheese Crumbles, Basil and a Lemon Butter Sauce), Blackened Grilled Pork Chops topped with Brown Sauce and Sautéed Julienne Onions.  Served with Three Cheese Mashed Potatoes and Brown Sugar Glazed Baby Carrots.  For Dessert, Black Berry Cobbler with Whipped Cream.
